Err... that doesn't really explain the post above. As well, you can't rely on other characters too much, unless they're the above poster I suppose. Shall we restart this idea, but from the very beginning?

Charlotte Doyle spotted league lying on the floor of the now ruined Kings Arm Pub in a drunken stupor. she walked over slowly, looking at the damage that had befallen the once happly little bar. unfortunately this seemed to be the norm on Tortuga today. buildings everywhere had been obliterated. what happened here? it looks like tortuga was raided! She finally put her focus back on the form coming around to consiousness before her. ..."nice party, mate...seems ye brought down more'n just th' house"...
(heres to hoping that this is somewhat the way this is supposed to work!) |

I suppose so, though I've long forgotten the rules. With me as the cause of practically every other post, I must be a big deal around here. Err, actually, no--the story is in reverse, with things explaining the post before them. It's like a constant stream of flashbacks, with each post centering around the poster as an explanation for the post of.
Imagine this: you wake up, and find your car totaled. You tell your son. Your son, who actually knows of how it got totalled, has a flashback. The son's flashback centers around him, and explains how the car got totalled. Now then: It was a bad game of poker. League lost it all. The person who hustled all his valuables (he couldn't tell just who they were, or whether they were male or female, as they wore a dark cape and spoke with a voice rather like the Batman of The Dark Knight) was relentless. Having nothing left, League resolved to drink from a kind stranger's pint. Feeling cold and lonely, League threw what may have been wood (or what may have been an explosive--hard to tell in the state he was in) on the fire. Either way, he didn't know how the wood (or explosive) got there. |

so, what you are saying, is that if i were to post next, I would be the one responsable for blowing up the town in one way or another, while explaining it in flashback form, rather than as an rpg?
