I am on the Black Pearl quest and I am supposed to dig up treasure near Hendry's house. The task does not state what island. I could not find a Hendry on your list. Do you know where this is?

Hendry Cutts can be found cutting wood in Tortuga, behind the boat repair. His home is the group is is in front of.

TORTUGA - TOWN AND PROPERTY BEHIND MAIN TOWN

Blacksmith Flinty - Found in shack near Fabiola’s Wagon - Has a sign outside with an anvil on it. Sells knives and swords and ammunition.

Butcher Brown - Has a vendor’s tent in the shanty part of Tortuga with meats hanging from the tent.

Daniel Vallance - Found in a shack behind town. Had sign outside with gun on it. Sells guns, cannons, pistols and ammunition.

Fabiola - Fabiola is found right outside of town next to her wagon.

Hendry Cutts - Can be found outside of town chopping wood. He is married to Milly.

Tattoo Bonita - Found in shack near Fabiola's Wagon - Has a sign outside with a skull on it.

The complete list of undead from tormenta, along with what weapon they use, can be found on the complete guide to the wild islands in the tips and guide section. FYI, just take out dregs to finish that Douse quest.

Excerpt from the afore mentioned guide:
Flotsam and Seabeard - Cutlass
Dregs and Kelpbrain - Daggar
Spineskull and Urchinfist - Grenades
Brinescum and Molusk - Doll

Got a tip from CaptainSquid and finally found an urchinfist on tormenta... and yes it fulfilled the Douse quest.
Course they are level 38 and 39 - fun stuff.
