random crashing for no reason

hello i am a new member to the game within the past 2 months or so. i tried logging in after the new patch that made sailing faster and lv 50 and such. no i am getting random crashing every 5-15 minutes for no reason. dont tell me its my cpu, i have a newer gaming computer with a decent graphics card that has played games such as swg wow lotro aoin and many others without crashing or problems. all my drivers are updated as well as well as direct x. not only does the game crash. it crashes my whole cpu. i have read about many other vista users having this problem as well online. so can some1 tell me how to fix this or can the devs come up with a vista users patch to prevent this. this doesnt happen with anything else/game or otherwise. only potco, plz reply
