Yes, mine will often stay in mid-air where they left my hand, and sometimes they wont leave my hand at all, even if I put them away and pull them back out and try again. When I do get them to work, half the time I throw them too far or not far enough (but that's just operator error). They are the hardest weapon to level for me, and its ashame they dont work right when you worked so hard to earn them. Im sure they'll get the bugs fixed sooner or later, though.
