Avatars that were created and/or shared across accounts prior to the removal of linked accounts are now fully under the control of the owner of their current accounts. This means any avatar you see on your avatar chooser screen is available for playing and deleting, regardless of who created the avatar and any previous settings relating to their shared or locked status.

I'm confused on how this works, does this mean linked accounts are back, or was this just under manage accounts?
