The journal says that there is a cave full of EITC people. Where is it?

In the thieves den, there is one EITC soldier among a group of reg navy guys. The EITC one is wearing black. When you go for him, the other soldiers are going to rush you too, so be alert

Aye, the Thieve's Den but there are two entrances, one is through the wildwoods (on Tortuga), go across the wooden bridge, past the shack, through the group of undead skellies, past the horde of scorpions, down the hill..and straight down the hill will be the entrance to the cave. This is where the fort is, I find the fort an easier place to kill the EITC soldiers because you can kind of isolate them. Work on the normal level guys for you, for experience points, and then sneak past the higher levels, into the fort.

Now, the EITC soldiers are higher levels like usually level 8+ or so. So be prepared with friends or a be at a high enough level yourself. If you sneak into the fort and can take out the EITC soldier that's right behind the door, then you can go to the corner on your left and chill there, let your health fix itself. When the guard regenerates he won't seem to notice you (unless you run over and attack him). There is also another EITC soldier at the desk but he won't notice you either unless you run up to him, slashing your sword
