There has to be some sort of room for flings of mass chaos & anarchy, private PvP battles, etc, stuff the current system allows, else it wouldn't be a total improvement even if everything functioned smoother or better. That said, I'm not so sure about some of the stuff. Combat should be combat, with few vendors around.
