Question about Teleport Quests

I just finished the Tortuga teleport quest. Do the other 3 teleport quests show up automatically in your quest log the way Tortuga's did?

Yes, they will automatically show up in your Journal when you turn the designated notoriety level for that teleport.


Teleport Notoriety Levels:

Tortuga level 7
Port Royal level 12
Cuba level level 14
Padres Del Fuego level 23
