Doll - from about lvl 18-25 i would attune 3 stumps at once in El Suderon. 300 rep.
cannon would be the next easiest...once you have lightning. take down the masts and sit there and pound regular shot into the disabled ship. I left only one skill point in regular shot to maximize rep. |
