Angry What happened to me???

Today my pirate was playing cards on Tortuga. I had JUST sat at the table and was about to make my first bet.

The next thing I knew my pirate was KNOCKED to the floor and sent to jail. No message - I WAS NOT CHEATING -- I didn't even get a chance to swap a card or anything.

What happened? It took me totally off guard.

Has this ever happened to anyone else??

Passing wooden schillings maybe? hehe

Perhaps a 'cheater' had just recently stood up from the table and the silly dealer got confused... They do work in a tavern where the rum flows endlessly ya know!

It's obvious—the dealer was drunk off of rum and was simple confused...

Well, since none of the above offered a helpful/realistic answer, I guess it's up to me to come up with one.

I'm guessing that the dealer was like "Don't you dare try and cheat. Don't even think about it, dig." But you, seeing the option to switch a card, were all over it in your head. Then he got you with the pre-cogs of Minority Report.

Aye, I had a similar story today. This afternoon I was cheating at Blackjack on Padres, and I get sent to jail. The weird thing is though, the message said I was fined 100 gold, but instead, it took 10,000 gold!

Maybe the last two digits are behind a decimal point? Regardless, 10,000 was alway alot for me to come by, especially if I'd gamble it away or gain it through gambling. I'd punch someone.

how about all these NEAT-O suggestions!!
lol

Well, Kat, I had a situation similar to this....

I was in Padres Del Fuego and I just started fighting (out leved with it, so bad idea) a gypsey and was on the verge of "jail bound"(lol) and I ditched the enemy for the nearest exit. Assuming that he MUST HAVE disengaged since, well I went the portal, I ignored it and entered the Ratskeller (or w/e its called) and sat down for a game of poker. Little to my knowledge, I WAS STILL TAKING VOODOO DAMAGE FROM THE GYPSEY!!! I left the table because i noticed i was in SHACKLES!!! lol Soon after I died. Logged of than on and what do you know, My alt pirate was being attacked.

Soooo....in order to end the onslought of attacks i had to completely exit the game and relaunch.....you must feel my frustration wen i was being blind attacked by enemies.... HEY thats kinda like the pvp bug. You know, when u kill someone and theyre invisible for like 30 seconds..... Way to go PotCO, you let me down/caused me frustration YET AGAIN!!!

Earlier this week i lost 10,000 for cheating one game in Blackjack. It's happened before so i always watch my gold. I sent a feedback response to Potco.
