What is the best ship class of them all.

Each ship has there good and bad qualities.

Sloop (Pro): Fast... Good for traveling, quick runs, and escaping
(Con): Not a lot of cargo space, not as much HP

Galleon (Pro): Holds tons of cargo.. good if your looking to make a lot of gold; Has a lot of cannon.. good if your trying to do PVP quest
(Con): Slow

Frigate: (Pro): Not too bad cargo Space, Strong hull, Good Cannon Placement, Well Armed
(Con): Slow

There are other pro and cons that i may have forgotten or depend more on your own opinion.. but for me that prett much sums it up.

In my opinion I like Frigates better... Especially the war. The funny thing is though.. I use my war sloop the most because of it's speed. I be an impatient pirate LOL.. I like to get to where I'm going fast

There are several threads on what the best ship is.....if you are asking me to pick one...and only one...it is the Frigate (War Frigate). It has the best balance of everything.

I dont like galleons because if you get hit in the front with those it does more damge.
I dont like sloops because they have a weakness in the middle and thats where preety much everbody hits u.
I like frigates because they have the best fire power

i like me WG bc of the cargo hold, me likes pulling in all them royals from one fishing trip. The WF not to bad when I gots a lot of guild mates with me.

It's all a matter of opinion really.

The sloop's fast which is good when traveling to the wild islands. The Frigate is good for quests that involve sinking a lot of ships. The galleon's good for making a lot of money at sea.

It's really what type of a ship you like, fast, hull points, holds a lot of cargo, firepower, etc...

I'm going with the Frigate because it's faster than the galleon and holds more than the sloop.

As has been stated, each class has its good and bad points.

If I had to rank them based on their usefulness to me, I'd say:
1. frigate
2. sloop
3. galleon

Aye, Jack Just got unlimited today, and, being basic for quite some time, he's a rich pirate. I have one of each, but I mostly use my frigate, unluss for traval, which is when I use the sloop. My galleon is gonna be a foolin' around/quest helper ship.

I agree with this statement wholeheartedly, as long as you dont SvS.. which I do not.

Main arguments for Frigate often seem to come down to ability... (ie ease of use)
There be no better pay off than a War Galleon full O treasure chests (Royals particularly of course).
The War Frigate usually the last ship for me to buy, and alot easier for me to get with that War Galleon

Look there is a simple way to look at it and it is

IF YOU HAVE LESS EXPERIENCE AND NEED THE FIREPOWER AND SPEED AND LIFE OF A FRIGATE THEN GO FOR IT...
BUT...
IF YOU ARE A GOOD PIRATE AND AN EXPERIENCED SAILOR YOU COLD USE A WAR GALLEON AND STILL NOT SINK. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS SVS WERE GALLEONS ARE JUST MOBILE-FARMS.

the war frigate is the best for firepower and overall and the war sloop is the fastest and the war galleon is the most cargo

i like all of the ships but i like the war frigate the best just because i think it looks the best and just gives u respect when u sail 1

I prefer my War Frigate, but if I need need to get around the ocean fast I use the War Sloop. If I am feeling greedy, I pull out the War Galleon and rack in the loot.

Nothing can be more true then this.. A good captain at the helm of a War Galleon is a very dangerous thing. Crew or not, you can't beat the plunder or the joy you feel when you land a ship full of Royals!
