District Resets

Is it just my timing? Everytime that I have gone on to play in the open version, I have had a district reset within the first 15 minutes of playing. I haven't been playing that often, but it happens to me consistently. Is it just my timing, or is it happening all of the time?

It's happening on the Beta2 test server too. It's always as you're just about to cash in that plunder too. Well, it seems that way, but probably isn't.
