Is it alowed?
Is giving your wii Mario Kart Code allowed, so that way you can friend each other and race? I know it is off topic. I looked everywhere on the rules and I didn't find anything about that, is there something I miss read? Thanks! So I hope it is allowed.

I'm not sure you should post that code in a thread but if you click the UserCP tab on the top left of the screen and then choose Edit my Details, at the bottom you can post your Wii friends codes if you choose to. If you send that code in a PM I'm not sure anyone would care but its good that you asked first. Perhaps a MOD can answer that part better then me.

Best place to put it would be in your UserCP. Since there is a place for it there, it is not a violation of the rules.
Realize that it would then be open to ALL of POF to find.

I do, think however that those are different codes, the Wii friends and the Mario kart codes...

Couple of things to remember when sharing personal info (aside from not doing it in the open forums)......
#1 You never know who is going to view it #2 You never know what someone might do with it #3 When in doubt don't give it out

IM info, console game codes, and other personal info should never be posted. We have fields on your profile to put that kind of info. We restrict who can view your profiles so that only members of POF may view them. This gives you the option to share this info with your friends here on the forums but not just any guest viewing the forums can obtain it. Feel free to also PM your friends any IM info or console game codes so you can chat or play together.
