help me with this problem please - Pirates of the Caribbean Online Fansite & Forums

ok so my main pirate isn't going on to play. on all my other pirates it works besides my main one. it loads to where i last left off and the second it finishes loading, it gets all dull, the color, and something pops up and says "your internet connection to the servers has been unexpectedly broken"

This happens on just one of your four pirates on the same account?

If so, I would have to recommend contacting Live Chat support.
Reason being if the others are working, its not your computer setup/configuration etc.

Sounds like something messed up with the pirate, hopefully they can resolve.
I could be mistaken.

When it says Your internet connection to the servers has been unexpectedly broken that just means there was a problem between you and the servers.

This shouldn't have anything to do with the 1st pirate thing, maybe hes on a full or busy server?

I'm happy that it's not happening to my main pirate on my main acct, but I have the same exact problem with the 1st pirate on one of my linked accts and only after I log in about 10x can I actually stay online. Same problems as you, it disconnects the exact moment the loading screen disappears after logging in =( regardless if I'm on a full server or quiet server. My other pirates can log on anywhere without being disconnected. Just that one particular pirate has that problem.

2 of my guildmates got the problem too. One is with his main pirate just as u are. The other guildmate has the problem with his 3rd pirate on his acct.

Well I would usually agree with you, but per the OP's description, that is not likely. Very strange indeed.

Selection of server should make no difference, as its all routed through the same place, just traffic directed to each server. If it was a problem there, then everyone would have the problem on all accounts/pirates.

I still recommend contacting support.
