I have seen a feature like this in the administration panel of forumotion.

[BOX CHECK OR UNCHECKED] Display message on user's birthday.

I'm not sure thought because it's my birthday today and one popped up. Do other people see it?

Yes, it's an automated message based on if a person has their bday added to their profile or not. Only the person who's bday it is, will see the message.

But it's the thought that counts, right?!
