A Pirate’s Tale: Davey Jones
Something will be happening…

Chapter 1

“Arr! I be telling you a tale today! My name is Captain Pete but me hearties call me Captain Fire. Why do they call me that…”. “Squawk! Captain Fire! Tale time! Tale Time” said his parrot. “Arr Willy! They know” Pete said. “As I was saying, they call me that because something happened that made me mad. But before I tell you that story I have to tell you this story.
Long ago, two bad guys named Davey Jones and Jolly Roger were being their usual selves. Causing mayhem in Port Royal and Tortuga. Everyone was screaming and fighting and stuff. The Navy couldn’t do anything. They fought them with their guns and swords but they ended getting choked and thrown by Jolly Roger or being tangled in the tentacles of Davey Jones. People call his tentacles “Death Tentacles” for nothing. They really do that. Later, Davey Jones disappeared. No one even knows what happened, Not even Jolly Roger. A couple of years later, the pirates came. Most people were thrilled to see them but most were not. The people who weren’t was the Navy
“Eliza! Come down here! Someone wants to see you” Her father called her. Eliza’s father was the Governor of Port Royal. His name is Dave Glenn. He had a beautiful daughter named Eliza. “Coming father!” yelled Eliza. She liked someone name Vinnie Williams. “Thank you sir” said Vinnie. He was also a pirate but he never told anyone but Eliza. Even Eliza’s father liked him but he never knew he was a pirate. “Oh no, Thank you” said Dave. “You deserve her even though you saved her from a pack of Coyotes”. Eliza came down. “Ready?” Eliza asked. “Yep” Vinnie said. A group of pirates arrived at the dock. The captain of the crew was Captain Brown. He had a big crew. He was captain of the crew before me.
“Kinder, come here” Captain Brown said. “Yes Captain?” He answered. “Go find Vinnie and tell him we are here then go to the governor and ask him about Davey Jones and Jolly Roger” Brown said. “What if he finds out that I am a pirate?” asked Kinder. “Here is a note pad and a pencil” said Brown. “What am I supposed to do with these.” Kinder said with a strange look. “Aww for the love of…. Say that you are a reporter ask him questions about the attack a couple of years ago” said Captain Brown frustrated. Kinder ran to tell Vinnie. He saw Vinnie on his way to the Governor’s house. “Eliza, I’ll be right back” said Vinnie. He ran to Kinder and stopped him. “What are you doing here?” Vinnie whispered. “The whole crew is at the dock” Kinder answered. “Great..” said Vinnie. “I am supposed to take Eliza somewhere privately to ask her if she can marry me” Vinnie said in a disappointment. “The Captain wants you there though” Kinder said. “Alright” said Vinnie. “See you later than.”. He then went back to Eliza. Luckily, some Navy soldiers were too busy talking with others to see Kinder pass by. He went into the Governor’s house. “Who are you?” Dave asked. “I am a reporter” Kinder said. “Ok then… what do you need me for?” Dave asked. “To ask you about Davey Jones and Jolly Roger”. They sat down and talked.
Vinnie was walking to the Dock and saw his crew. “Vinnie, Why is your crew here?” Eliza asked. “I thought it was supposed to be a day off without pirates”. “That’s not my crew” Vinnie lied. “Why are they calling your name then?” Eliza asked. “Oh…fine, they need me for something” Vinnie said. He ran to the Dock and asked them why they were here. Back at the Governor’s house, Kinder was about to ask him his last question when a Navy soldier cam barging in. “Sir! There is a crew of pirates talking to Vinnie and you are talking to on!” The soldier said. Kinder was shocked. “What!?!?” The Governor yelled. He never liked pirates. “ You told me that you were a reporter!!!”. “Well..uh..that’s um… gotta go” Kinder pushed the chair and ran out the door. A big group of Navy Soldiers noticed that he was a pirate and ran after him. Kinder looked back and ran faster. “Oh no…” He ran and ran. “Captain! Look out!” yelled Kinder. The Captain looked and saw the group of Soldiers and pushed Vinnie out of the way. “Kinder! What did you do now?!” Captain Brown yelled back. Then he saw another group charger at him. “Ah!! Get in the ship now!!! That’s an order!!”. Kinder ran and dodged the other navy soldiers. He jumped on the ship and they then took off. Vinnie was shocked to see this happen. Eliza was also surprised.

“By golly Kinder, what did you do now?” Brown asked. “I didn’t do anything. A Navy soldier noticed me and then I just ran” Kinder said. “Cuckoo! Cuckoo!” Someone said. “I heard that said Kinder. He then did it again and rolled his eyes. Kinder charged at him and the pirate fell down. “Wow….” Said the rest of the crew. “ Anybody else!?!” Kinder yelled. Everyone went back to what they were doing. “I thought so…”
