just on a hoot tonight i went back one more time to chat.. guess what. i got it fixed with their help heres fix
C:\Program Files\Disney\Disney Online" JAMES:Locate and open the "game_options.txt" file JAMES:Ok find the following lines and modify them accordingly; state working api default texture_compression 0 JAMES:Correct, save the changes and try logging in for me. JAMES:Be sure not to change anything under Graphics Options ive been sinking ships now for the past 3 hours..      im once again a happy pirate
