Black Pearl Boss Battle Guilde - Pirates of the Caribbean Online Fansite & Forums

This is an enhanced version of my previous guilde "pearl boss battle tips".

The first thing you do is you complete the black pearl chapter then you have two choices in your journal the first choice is do it alone and the second choice is play with your crew.

The first thing you actually do in the boss battle is watch the cutscene where you see the goliath you will re visit it later. Now you see yourself and your friends on the deck of the Black Pearl with a bunch of navy officers surrounding you there levels range from lv 28-39 no lv 40's for some reason so you defeat the officers the weapon most preffered is the voo doo doll or the voo doo staff.

Once all the officers are dead you must take the wheel once someone has the wheel you drive forward until a cutscene appears you see drawbridges raising the bridges and light frigates sailing through you must sink the light frigates one is on the upper left side another is on the bottom left side another is on the mid right side and another on the bottom right side the preffered weapon is the cannon ( DUH!!! ) the preferred ammo is thunderbolt or fury.

Once all the light frigates are gone you must re take the wheel and turn left or right so one side can face the bridges. load the cannons with ammo and take down the bridges. Tips #'s 1 and 2, #1 Take the bridges down one by one and #2 everyone needs to shoot no one take the wheel at this point until all 3 bridges are tooken down. There are two more sets of bridges take ALL of them down.

Now you are at the last set of bridges this is the hardest set of bridges the reason being they use explosives. Tip # 3 shoot seperately at the bridges o they wont have a chance to fire at you every time they hit you they do they do 1/6 damage.

Lastly you sail through the demolished bridges then another cutscene appears with you sailing out of Black Pearl Island free as a bird............. BUT WAIT then the Goliath sails beside you determined to sink you. Tip #4 get as FAR AWAY from the goliath as possible if your too low on health you might not make it unless your high in the red or higher you have a good chance.

Once the goliath sinks a cutscene will appear with you beating the boss battle!!!!

You must now visit jack sparrow in tortuga hes sitting right beside gibbs talk to him he'll tell you your the man of the hour and give you a new sailing skill Leadership it puts a glow on your ship and makes everything load faster.

You have been the boss battle GOOD JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This guide is patented if anyone tries to copy this i will sue lol jk but i will tell mods its copying and the copied guide closed.

I did that boss battle yesterday finding out someone did a glitch telling use to shoot the town then we went through mountains and came out skipped away from the drawbridges to the goliath! since we have full health it was ultra easy!

Someone hijacked your boss battle, for the glitch so you missed out on all of it, but you are happy? My sympathy.

We did the Boss battle yesterday as well. We had an awesome crew. Took out the frigates, then the draw bridges, then the Goliath. At the end, we had just under 3/4 of our health left. It was the best Boss Battle I have experienced. Even finishing it on my own pirate was not as satisfying as the domination we had yesterday. And the best part? We did it as a team, with no cheats.

Agreed... glitching isn't winning.

We can regularly win the Boss Battle without glitching - in fact, my crew (of about 4 people who regularly come with) are now on our 25th win straight with me at the helm.

We make sure its fun for everyone on board and that the BB'r gets a big role!

And - USUALLY finish with most of our health remaining, bridges, Goliath and all. =)

Glitching isnt winning, IMO and its not needed by ANY means to win the Boss Battle.

cheaters truly LOSE they lose out on TRUE FUN that is why i never cheat........ except in a few video games ( swash laughs an evil laugh )

cool - Thanks for telling me that Glitch but can someone tell me if i can do the black pearl twice like if finish at lv 26 and and can i go to the lookout or my quest journal and do it again i meAN MINE TWICE NOT SOMEONE ELSES

Yes you can initiate as many Black Pearl rescues as you like.

The glitch that was removed Nov/Dec was the "sail through the mountain" glitch. You used to be able to aim the Black Pearl at the village, slide through the hillside and attack only the Goliath - no frigates or bridges.
