Does that mean the full game with no bugs available to everyone coming this fall or phase 2 beta this fall?

There is already a thread discussing this however, they are only supposed to start phase 2 beta in Sept.... techinally, fall/autumn lasts until Dec 22 (first day of winter in the US) so if you are waiting for the game, it will most likely be a while as they have put off the release date at least once that I know of.

they say that phase 2 is starting this month, but they also said the game is opening fall 2007 weird isn't it?

The game will be out before the end of October and i only know that because i got an e-mail from them when i asked a question (was totally different then the answer). Here it is:
