Training Grenades (help)

I just go into the middle of the field in Kingshead, forget that stupid fence ****. Maybe my aim is better than others, but I have no problems with the formation. Just lob a grenade from afar into the center formation, then just back up as you throw while they're coming at you, when they get close, you can throw one and as soon as it's out of your hand, strafe to the side, this way you won't get hit by your own grenade blast. After they're all dead just sit there and let your HP come back as you wait for the formation to reappear. I've done this since my grenades were at level 1 and now they're at around 12 (took no time at all). They've never killed me.
