As for a perma-ban from Disney, I think the magic number is seven, but it also depends on the severity
of rule breaking. I imagine they could drop you after just one if you were "naughty" enough.
In their eyes, we are all 13.

Let's keep hoping for a grown up playground.

Foist to akamystic & MacIronhawk ... profanity is not an option, and i agree. Said that i read
that we adults have zero options but have to accept being treated like kids. that's a bad attitude.
If Disney is only running it's activities for kids ... they are way outta line: Violence (no gore i admit that),
eerie and sinister phenomenon 'n atmotphere's - swearing and drunkards.

What I simply want (and do you really find that unreasonable ?) an option to invite a game
friended player to chats outside the game. Simple as that !

As to Sarah me dear ... TY and *bows* in a pirate'd manner with me feathered hat thrown skyhigh
in dedication to you and your attitude:

I wish u gold piles aboard ur ship topped and so huge that they may sink you. I was looking for a
sane solution and hoped i could use the answer. I def can !

I have 40k i want to get rid of ingame. U want them ? - i have many a time sat down losing fortunes
in poker - i hate money cap - but at least it seems the D company listened to me wishes
and granted me new ways to waste me money. I can always relocate rep's so i can change my
reputation from being notorious to infamous.

Yes why shouldn't WE as adults don't have any rights? We DO pay real money after all.

I know that restrictions on possible adult servers may be as tight as on the kiddo servers as they
are now, and mayhaps once in awhile a kiddo slips thru to an adult server - but on the other hand
... if security is as TIGHT as it is now - i'm sure they can handle that also.

I'll try the piratesonlineforum in plain text and see whut happens. It seems that i have 4 suspensions
(pirate lives) left before i am dumped into the abyssal davy jones annihilation & oblivion locker.

Great - thanks me temporary friend.

P.s. if u want the money (or know some that need them) i can most o' the time be found on abassa
dancing around and between player ships wrecking havoc and mayhem - and after a short while
dive deep in a blaze and with style ... that's me LOL.
Feel free to disturb me and cause me lose my concentration - smiles

And what do you base this on? I see absolutely no facts to support your statement. Content, advertising, the POTC franchise all together. Sorry matey. Just because Disney makes alot of kids games doesnt mean this was one of them. Trix are for kids... POTC is for the family audience (this includes adults).

I was told by a Customer Service manager that I was 13 as far as they treat all members, I repeat ALL MEMBERS. Yet they require payment from ADULTS (other than game cards). Go figure. I think this is because thier moderation staff covers all thier games, not just POTC and they havent figured out how to approach 2 different standards.

I also haven't seen facts that say it was made for families but that's just me.
I do know the game doesn't target just adults but families.(kids and adults but without adult material like blood, etc..
If it did I bet we would have an emotion to drink rum, etc...
I still think an adult server would be out of the question. If disney's a company that is based for families then an adult server seems out of the question.

I see posts saying that say disney is zero-tolerance.
I want to agree with that but I can't. (I'm going to contradict myself)
In MY opinion if it was zero-tolerance we wouldn't be able to type in short forms of bad words to be rude to people.
Disney could have been smart and made it so that wasn't possible but it is.
While they are zero-tolerance they're not smart enough to make sure people can't get around using profanity in short form.
If I had a game that targeted families then the first thing I would do is make sure that text profanity and regular profanity for chat wasn't possible.
