250 gold the first time you do any weapon, then to upgrade a weapon for a second time, 2500. Still, I'm done with test, too much starting over, I could care less.

That's only for the test servers though, right? Open may be ten times that, right?

Ok, decided it was time to do an 'Island Tour' to see just what was going on in the world of POTCO (and how messy it was...)

- Didn't run into any 'mini' NPC's - thinking this is a Vid Card issue that some may have due to settings (currently on test - I have it cranked to full everything - but I usually play with moderate Video settings)
- NPC Ships are still a mess after the update. A few which were moving actually 'froze' once they were attacked
- The chat box is NOT fixed... what they have donee is 'hard coded' the chat test to remain on the screen at all times (it does *not* fade away after a period of inactivity, and if you press F12 to remove the interface - the text remains on the screen proving they have disabled any text removing features)
- The Spanish and French Ghost NPCS are a mess... after last nights funny with Swash II on the Spanish on Cutthroat... I experimented with both the Spanish and French (both in and outdoors) - they ALL currently have no animation when standing and during attacks their animations are really messed up (missing moves - freezing, doing jumping jacks, not moving but striking)
- No one on to test any SvS repair glitching tonight - but a few days ago it was not fixed as of yet
- The Grappling Invincibility Glitch still appears to be fixed... but hard to test because no ships can actually attck you now that they are all 'frozen'
- The left Rock Islands from the Spanish SvS side is still glitched and a light sloop can still hide in the rock face
- Hex on the Pistol is still not functioning, not even on baby Witchdoctors
- The fence at KH now appears to be a write off... after throwing Gernades the Vets came over and actually JUMPED the fence... (now I won't call this a bug... because the fence itself was a nifty find to level up gerds... so it was meant to stop Vets to allow Gerd levelling then its a bug - otherwise its been fixed from being bugged... get it?)

See Page 5 for the full answer... but the Cost is 250 then 2500... and that for ALL the points at once (it 'strips' the points off putting them all in a pool where you then reassign them all)

And this is what test REALLY is folks... its not about getting to play and oh look at the new stuff... (usually because you can't play to start - or can't get launched from shore in a boat, or dozens of other problems) - its all about the headache of repeating (again and again) stuff to see what is broken today... Thats why I laugh when so many want to be on test - yet have no idea what to do ON TEST... you TEST

Theres a lot of broken stuff... haven't even got close to testing SvS as much as I would like to yet nor test more on KH... I wouldn't expect to see anything until pretty close to Halloween (or if it does come sooner - good luck with that hide and seek thing )

Max I play with maximum video settings too, but I still see "mini" enemies. Sometimes they are huge and sometimes they are tiny. The same enemy will be small on one screen then huge on another. Strange

I'm thinking its the make / model of the Video Card... and the Video Drivers having the issue...

Also - where did you see them? I searched both PR, Padres and Toug really hard tonight to look for them... (note here: a L2 Gravedigger looks just like a L22 Gernadier... but slightly bigger - but thats even in the Live Game, just something I noticed... but nothing like 'teeny-tiny' - unless I steped on them running LOL )

I found the "mini" enemies in the Tortuga Graveyard, on Isla Perdida, and on Devil's Anvil. I am going to take a picture of them to show you what they look like Max.

Thanks - then I'll go again to look and see if I missed something on my run through

And the New Moving Flytraps? Yes they are cool - but their venom is so strong now that now that they chase you a L13 Trap is quite dangerous

Trust me, test is a thing where you want it one miute, and never want to see it ever again, and, there are also missing animations on Gravediggers as well as spanish and french enemies.

But we are testers. We are supposed to report those things so they don't get released into the open game. I don't think you are supposed to like the test server.

Yes this has been all fixed. I know i posted that somewhere not sure where now. All barrier fighting was fixed that i can find. This means fence at Kings, they will run through it. In a rock at outcast, the stumps will come inside, etc. I would like to know what this has done in pvp though, haven't been able to test that. Far as i have seen only npc's can go through these barriers. So if the exploit in pvp of someone is in a rock, don't think the other character will be able to walk in there.

As for the update, chat at lest on my comp is fixed, including dropping down as normal. Bigger glitch though with staff, mac users seem to not be effected, but everyone else gets auto-booted hitting F6. Basically all the same bugs still but chat from this last update.
I catch to much lag and can't crew at higher settings so am running everything low. Haven't seen the minatures like others maybe do to this.

I would agree with some of the others here, that everyone testing please send in reports. Right now its not really like playing anyways, server drops like every 10 minutes and ya get booted, not fun if just working at quests and playing. With such a variety of differant computer setups, if everyone doesn't send in reports, certain computer types will not get sloutions to their issues.

Ships at sea when you get booted leave cargo, when you come back you need to dump it, because its empty cargo. Actually this is something i think should be added to the game. If server crashes, or internet drops, cargo you have earned should stay on your ship with full gold value, but not how it is working at the moment.

Okay, first of all, i dont need to tp to any wild islands.The main boss i want to find is right on padres.The Undead Raider Boss.Second, if my weapons dont work, whos to say they wont work later?And i still want to play just to recruit members of my guild then.Dont just assume i only play to kill.Once its in open they fix the bugs.Besides, theres probably gonna be atleast 6 bugs that not even disney knows about when it enters open.Im done now.Why argue with you before it comes out?When it comes out we might aswell make a debate thread for this.
