OK, as I said before, I 'll post the info I got from the GMs today.

Here there is a summary of the dialogs.


Ruby Wynn


THE CURSE

Ruby:Are you all ready for the curse?
I'm very frightened, I must admit.
Jolly Roger wants to take over the entire Caribbean.
We cannot let that happen.

NEW CLOTHES, SHIPS AND WEAPONS

Pirate:Is there going to be new clothes?
Ruby: Aye - there should be a new shipment shortly.
[...]
Pirate: Will there be any more weapons?
Ruby: Aye, those be on the near horizon
[...]
Pirate: Is there going to be new swords?
Ruby: Aye - I've heard this to be true.
[...]
Pirate: Any updates on ship customization?
Ruby: This be on the horizon.

SKILLS

Pirate: Ruby, can you tell us about transfering skill points?
Ruby: Yes - I think you 'll find that this is coming VERY soon.

GUILDS

Pirate: Will there ever be guild team up abilities?
Ruby: Aye, many plans for Guilds in the works.

Pirate: Ruby, will there ever be guild wars?
Ruby: Guild Wars?
I have heard rumors of something of the sort.

GLITCHES AND SCRIPT ERRORS

Pirate: Do you know all of the glitches?
Ruby: Aye, I know there be some pirates having problems.
We are working hard to fix this.
Doing all we can...

Pirate: Are the rumors about the major script errors true to?
I heared there was a virus.
Ruby: No, no virus.

WEATHER

Pirate: Have the designers ever considered having a hurricane roll through the caribbean?
Ruby: I think the weather may be changin' here soon.
There may be some good storms a brewin'.

THE KRACKEN

Pirate: Will there be Davy Jones and Kracken quests?
Ruby: Aye... those beasts not be far behind.
Pirate: Where is the Kracken?
Ruby: I have seen the Kracken.
Pirate: When will we be able to battle the kracken?
Ruby: You will be able to battle the kracken soon enough.
Pirate: Will there be other sea monsters?
Ruby: Aye - There be many creatures out in the sea.
One day we may be unfortunate enough to come in contact with them.
Those wretched beasts.
They are an evil bunch.
With the likes of Jolly Roger and his undead army.

NOTORIETY

Pirate: Will there be a level higher than 40?
Ruby: Aye - this be on the horizon.

STORY QUESTS

Pirate: Will Basic Members be able to go farhter in the Story Quest soon?
Ruby: Aye, the story is always expanding.

THE CURSE

Xavier: On All Hallow's Eve... be prepared.
[...]
Xavier: I will try to be in the batlle but if the moon light touches me... and I turn undead... I only ask for your forgiveness because ANYTHING WILL GO!
Look to the stars... Jolly will make his presence felt in many ways on All Hallow's Eve.

Pirate: You mean you can shoot navies with a gun?
Xavier: Navies won't be effected by the curse. Jolly only has intentions to destroy Pirates.


NEW ENEMIES AND BOSSES

Xavier: Jolly is sending new enemies to attempt to destroy our pirate way of life.
These new enemies will be larger, stronger than anything you or I have seen before.
They carry a misterius green glow so dont attempt to defeat one alone.

Xavier: Remember to take a crew, friends or guild to fight the new bosses.
There are no easy push overs.
I can tell you a tale of one... his name is Simon Butcher...
He is the leader of a horde of Undead Pirates... beware... he has higher powers than anything we 've seen in the Caribbean yet.
Keep your ears to the wind... we will be announcing more details shortly...

PIRATE MASTERS

Xavier: Notoriety Cap is constantly being explored... keep your ear to the winds mates for more news on that front.

Pirate: Xavier, can you give us "Pirate Masters" any hope for the future?
Xavier: I can Pirate.
We are always exploring the Caribbean and may turn up some quests... really really really really soon.

Pirate: What about life after level 40?
Xavier: Life after 40 will still be going strong.
We are expanding in many ways outside of just quests...

NEW WEAPONS

Xavier: Our blacksmiths' are working hard to get you new weapons to fight Jolly's newminions.

THE KRACKEN

Pirate: Will there be sea monsters?
Pirate: What about the Kracken?
The Kracken is a misterius beast... he keeps breaking our fishing nets but the moment we can get our hands on him... so will you!

Simply, I'm not sure what to think..
I'm tired of all these new cutlasses and staffs, whether new weapons means that or not, I don't even know if ship customization will even be worth it in Ship PvP, just leaves room for people to get booted. After all, the lag is already bad for SvS, we're gonna have to wait 5 minutes to see the turnout of a single broadside with ship customization.
