Any dig spot in port royal, keep trying if you dont find it right away. (Find green circles on the ground, and hit Shift to dig).

Also, I'm doing another quest I guess at the same time here too.. and I had to go over to the island Cuba to talk to someone.. now today I went there and the person on the island didn't tell me where to go next for the next task on what I'm supposed to do for it, Like, I went and it was talking but I couldn't hear what it was saying to me at all.. &+ it keeps telling me that I need to be somewhere else at the meantime.. & I don't even know where to be! Press "J" to get to your journal, when you click on the last item in the quest it should give you some instructions. Or it may also reflect a list of items to be obtained. Either way, this is how you can keep track of the 'next' step of each quest you obtain.

I pressed "J" and it says that I found all the bales of wire and have to return to Tia Dalma to get more info on the quest. I did that several times and it still says to go and see her. :/ I've checked if I need to find anything else for the quest and it says nothing else.. so Idk what to do now.
