Best Cutlass Brawl, Mixed Or No Brawl Based Leveling

Its three builds based on brawl, mixed or no brawl. Not sure how much clearer the title needs to be. Brawl will take the enemy out of the fight for a long time if 4 or 5. Its simply an option based on play style. You can classify it as nothing usefull beyond reps but it helps tremendously while the enemy (PvE or PvP) simply stands there while you whack away.

The title was clear, that mishmash of words under it was not.

Personally, I just put one point in Brawl. It takes too long for the cooldown timer to cycle for me to justify spending more.
