Hello Toon Pal,

I am sorry to hear that this issue is still persisting and not allowing you to log onto ToonTown Online.

We have been investigating this issue extensively and found that there seems to be a issues with guest that are using Satellite Internet Service. If you are using that sort of service for your Internet, please contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance.

• Check the guest’s system clock to ensure that the time & date are correct
• Please try logging into your Account Manager and see if you are able to log onto it here: http://disney.go.com/guestservices/youraccount
• Please check all security programs or browser add-ons as they may be blocking your connection
• Please refer to your satellite ISP for support as that may be the cause of the issue.

For some reason it says toon town even though I've never played that game....

This happened to me both In Toon Town and Pirates Online. Just ignore this and try Logging in Again! It works for me.

What kind of internet do you have? Logging onto the game stopped working a a month or two ago for me and I've tried to log in tons of times without success.

I began having this problem a little over a month ago also, it seems to me that the problem must be with pirates because we are using two different satellite companies. And yes that is about the same response i got from Disney except that I used live chat to contact them. I just wish that they would figure something out because I REALLY miss playing the game.

Was that in February? I don't use satellite service, but another member here started to experience problems in February. Not sure if there's a connection between his and yours, but does appear to be so based on what he shared with me last night.

Another question I have for satellite users is this: Does your ISP have a cap in effect? This happens with cable users as well. So its not just satellite. Also, what are the odds that those sun flares are causing satellite issues at this time? idk, just throwing some possibilities in here.

yes it was in February that my problems with logging in started. But its not just the game, I also cant even get the account manager page to load at all. It keeps saying theis page cannot be displayed. I can go to any page on the site except those dealing with my account.

I also thought of the solar storms too. maybe it could be that, but dont cable companies use satellites for their internet too? Idk I am really at a loss, satellite company blames Disney and Disney blames my satellite company. I dont care whose fault it is i just wanna play pirates lol
