Well, let me just beat Del to the guilds explanation.

In the Guilds And Clans subforum, you can choose all types of different guilds and make new friends! Whether it's Black Bart's Krewe, Dueces Wild, Partners N Crime (that's actually Del's guild), or Shadow Sorcerors, you'll always have a fun time! There's still many other guilds to choose from by clicking on the POTCO Guilds And Clans subforum and still equally fun. Let me explain the ones with subforums:

Dueces Wild - A fun guild that welcomes adult pirates and has a good time altogether!

Black Bart's Krewe - Black Bart's Krewe is dedicated to helping both the inexperienced and the experienced players work better together and to increase the enjoyment of playing for all POTCO players, whether Krewe members or not. http://www.piratesonlineforums.com/f...play.php?f=132

DW is an adult only guild. I'm not sure if they are very active anymore - maybe some current members will speak up and let us know.

There are plenty of good guilds out there to choose from - but that is my recommendation - find a GOOD, ACTIVE GUILD - one in which you feel at ease. They will help you and answer questions as you learn and level.
