Not really, see the file encoding used to run games aren't run by words. (with the exception of in-game commands such as g_RunLevel, d_map... and so on) So when a word processing document has to encode something on a different format, it gets a mix of a bunch of random letters.

"SetValue 1" Could encode into ({K&aM?2X>=U ] &H&=hEkYE.aBj@-|8?6@v92G\Gs@:?FC:*e2$AE:}) and it would be no different since the encoding in the different format reads something other than what the text shows.

Its pretty difficult to understand, but I've gone into stuff like this for a long time, so trust me.
