Had to call because of a billing error and indeed there is a problem with UA members reverting to basic and back. Asked about it while on the phone and she said there were "an abnormal number of users experiencing this problem" which apparently got worse since yesterday. =P Hope they get it fixed soon and we don't go through rollbacks again...

If theyo o through another rollback, i'll be upset! I spent 5 days mastering staff and it would be hard to do it again. Case closed.
