Yes vary strange indeed... Cougar warned us not to log off but i was gonna switch pirates. Oh Well

i dont know whats going on.... i looked on the website and everything was ok... then i went to another website... then came back to pirates online like 30 seconds later and it was down....

They asked us what to have a unliminted.. I already have unliminted.... Strange...

Not yet. If its back up by 5pm Eastern, we'll commence. Otherwise, we'll put it off for a bit.

I have no idea what they're doing, but if you're online, stay online. I don't think their disconnecting people... yet...

I got into the game just fine as of 5:13 EST.

There was a problem with others appearing basic when they are actually UA. Happened to me and thats what Live Chat said.

Had to call because of a billing error and indeed there is a problem with UA members reverting to basic and back. Asked about it while on the phone and she said there were "an abnormal number of users experiencing this problem" which apparently got worse since yesterday. =P Hope they get it fixed soon and we don't go through rollbacks again...

If there are more rollbacks I will be furious. That one time two months ago was bad enough, but if it happens again I will be absolutely furious. I don't think it will need resets though, as its not a massive issue with missing inventory and level 0's and constant crashing. Although there are lots of people losing unlimited, it is fixed usually by a simple relog. Shouldn't be too big of a deal.
