Well this worked for me quiet well a year back. Ok ask your parents to call the Parental Control line. They should say "when my son was registering, he enter the wrong birth date". Then tell them a year that is over 13 from now. Then wait a hour and they should word on the issue. And I think you go back to parental controls and check "friend or speak to any member" or something like that and BOOM it works! I hope this helps.
