Ill cut to the chase mates: I dont have open chat on POTCO. I have wanted it for a while now and dont know how to get it.(hint hint) So how do ye get it?

Have to be over the age 13.

If you created the account before that number, or tried but failed even though you are over that number, I believe you gotta contact Big D

Or go to account services>manage account> chat options (or something like that) and choose "able to chat with all Disney members." but as muffin said, this feature is only available to pirates over the age of 13 ;)

Well this worked for me quiet well a year back. Ok ask your parents to call the Parental Control line. They should say "when my son was registering, he enter the wrong birth date". Then tell them a year that is over 13 from now. Then wait a hour and they should word on the issue. And I think you go back to parental controls and check "friend or speak to any member" or something like that and BOOM it works! I hope this helps.
