What about higher level undead, navy and EITC? they only go up as far as lvl 38, that's unfair towards them, Davy has lvl 22-50's

Also, enemies with staff that are harder to defeat then Thrall Captains would be cool

There should be lvl 50-60 ships, as the Death Omen and Juggernauts have been here way before the caps raised, so they made the game less challenging, bring on those high level ships!
