Well from the sound of it.. I believe I'll be starting to post some new blogs Maybe a journal of how Maria became a pirate....

Just an apple?? That is not fulfilling the nutritional requirements mandated by the USDA! You'd better sneak in a yogurt and a turkey sandwich on 7 grain bread. Finish it off with a Propel (low cal/low sugar).
