Well it depends on if you prefer Cutlass vs. Dagger (since the majority of PvPs are Blades Only) for your main attacks. Most mainly use Cutlass and Dagger is only for ranged attacks. But other ppl like Dagger more so it's just whatever you like.
Dagger for me is only for throwing, so I don't have Gouge or Eviscerate, Cut & Slice only got the starter 1 pt each... points are spent on Asp, Adder, Throw Dirt, Sidewinder, Viper Nest instead.
Hit up the
DxD leaderboards in the Gadget's quarter circle on the left and look at the PvP Overall list for the Top Pirates's Dagger skill points placement to get some ideas.
