Guide To Dagger.
 

I'm a real fan of dagger and I know a lot about it. Infact, I was level 15 dagger by level 16! Here are some skills you should put some dots in:

Asp[1 dot]
Adder[5 dots, trust me it ROCKS]
Sidewinder[2 dots]
Vipers Nest[2 dots]

Now for the attack things......

Cut[1 dots]
Swipe[2 dots]
Gouge[2 dots]
Eviscerate[3 dots]
---------------------------------
The rest of the dots, put em' anywhere! :psmiley22:

I would recommend refraining from adding any extra points to your dagger skills (actually any weapon) until you master it. Adding points to skills as you are rewarded with them, will actually make it harder to get the next points. (the more skill points you use, the more efficient your weapon is, the more efficient it is, the fewer reps you are rewarded, and the harder it is to advance). Definately obtain new skills as available, but you may want to consider 'waiting' before adding additional points.

If you are of course a PVP'er you may wish to strengthen up as quickly as possible though.

is this a pvp build? if it is then ive been looking for one....

Well it depends on if you prefer Cutlass vs. Dagger (since the majority of PvPs are Blades Only) for your main attacks. Most mainly use Cutlass and Dagger is only for ranged attacks. But other ppl like Dagger more so it's just whatever you like.

Dagger for me is only for throwing, so I don't have Gouge or Eviscerate, Cut & Slice only got the starter 1 pt each... points are spent on Asp, Adder, Throw Dirt, Sidewinder, Viper Nest instead.

Hit up the DxD leaderboards in the Gadget's quarter circle on the left and look at the PvP Overall list for the Top Pirates's Dagger skill points placement to get some ideas.

For me, don't know about others, but the DxD is not loading no matter how I attempt to get there. It always redirects me to here.
