Refunds may be in order if it something that POTCO has control over, as in a problem on thier end extended over time. If you have always had these issues with login (member stating having to always try 10-20 times) then the problem is likely a local/networking related issue, as its not a common occurrence with the game system. Maybe try updating your system with all windows updates, old security certificates etc may be contributing to this. Also check your systems date (including year), make sure it has not changed to something obscure by mistake or freak occurrence.

When VMK closed for good no one got refunds. I don't think POTCO would do this just because a few people can't log in.

If it were for everyone then I can see them doing a "small" refund.
I just don't see disney giving refunds.

I can log in fine. It must be on your end. I had the same problem a few months ago.
If you've always had this problem it might be good to upgrade your graphics driver and work on spending some money for more memory for your computer.
