I see you updated the rules, I think it's like 3% better now. Although, you , Swash, are missing a key item in this thread that will (or should at least) ,make people even have the slightest thought of considering joining.

That key item is something all the big POF guilds have included in their guild threads, I won't tell you what it is, try to figure it out.....




To me...some people might need to spend some time being a member of another guild--a good guild, study the guildmaster's actions, learn from them, and if you think you're ready to be a GM, then leave and start on your own.

This is just my opinion but I believe that this option would be better for you Swash, in order to create an even more successful guild in the future. But do as you please, you'll discover the REAL reason people won't join sooner or later....
