Must be lv 10
Must have James pidegly quest complete

Every FRIDAY at 9pm eastern time we will have a kingshead raid.
Every Tuesday at 3pm eastern time we will have a party ( With Rum ).
Every Thursday we will have a poker tournament
Every day we will have tri-outs to become officers just ask me

nobody ever does respond (swash crys)

no one cares i hate the big guilds on the forums they steal all the members i get the scraps ( swash blows up big guilds on forums) THAT FELT GOOD

Rome wasnt built in a day! (somewhat prior to Pirate era, so maybe they even said that then.. hehe)

I have always suggested that guilds looking for members post similarly, but tell more about what your plans, allegiances, philosophies are.. even perhaps a set of rules/guidelines. Alas, even with time spent on all that, its no guarantee.

The first two rules put people off...

I hear ya Swash, however you put it rather bluntly (unfriendly like manner)

How about, something like.

Helping guildmates is encouraged, but this is not the sole purpose of the guild. All members must contribute, and not just rely on the others to carry them. Please do not apply if your intention is solely to find help with your pirates advancement without contributing to the rest of the group.

I see the reason already why people wouldn't want to join-those 2 rules make people think that they can't ask you for help or anything without getting the reply: "I AM BUSY GETTING REP, DO IT YOURSELF!"

Although you are right about not helping people with ferrets, if I were you, I would make it clear that I will help people, but NOT carry people throughout the entire game.

i am also on my second pirate trying to earn the boss battle

Well I have a second pirate too and you don't see me telling guildmates to not bother me for help. I hope you've read that thread. ;)

u would yell too if you had a bunch of ppl asking you to sink 20 ships for THEIR benefit and they dont even thank you when i first got a galleon i was a chofer for my friends they ordered me to go from perdida to devils anvil to tortuga not one thx or thank you or thank u or ty

Swash, I understand that statement, I sometimes have people who don't appriciate the help, and what do I do? I always remind them who helped them and if they keep demanding or begging help, (against Partners In Crime's rules btw) I kick em out!

I recommend the same rule I gave Partners In Crime: DO NOT beg or demand help, just ask.
