Enemy Ship Bug/glitch

I found out about some bug today from my friend.It's where you do the bug and the enemy ships won't shoot at you anymore.It makes them sitting ducks!
Here's how to do it
1.Attack and cripple a Flagship.
2.Shoot Grappling hooks at the green circles.
3.Do not Board the Ship!
4.Once you've pulled the flagship in,sail forward and the flagship will sink.
5.Then you're free to sail around the ocean,sink ships,collect loot,and without the enemy firing a single shot!
