I am constantly using:

Sailing: Mastered, so I use Ramming Speed and Full Sail
Cannon: Lightning Bolt, Fury
Cutlass: Bladestorm, Brawl
Pistol: Silver Shot, Hex Eater Shot
Doll: Mastered, so I use Heal and Cure
Dagger: Viper's Nest, Throw Dirt, Sidewinder
Grenades: Smoke Bomb
Staff: Flaming Skull, Pestilence, Banish
