Sharing Quests and rewards with Crew

I am trying to play this game with my son, and I would like to be able to share quests with him. We play on two PCs in different rooms so it is difficult for me to help him find his quests and understand what he is should do. Is there a way he can invite me to his crew and then I can see the quests?

Also can we both get credit for completing the quests? If I can not see his maybe he can join mine and when I finish my quest he will get credit and the rewards for the same quest.
