Help! Have not been able to play for days.

I have not been able to log on for days now. I get an error msg stating - could not connect to gameserverpiratesonline.com.7667. For some reason I'm not able to use the live chat option for help and when I sent in a bug report I was asked to send in log files which I can not do (i only have toontown under my disney files). I'm waiting to hear back from support services but thougt I would see if anyone is familiar with this problem. Also, I sometimes get a window that says P3dpythonw.exe has stopped working. Thanks.
