Help! Have not been able to play for days.

:bookishfj7: I have not been able to log on for days now. I get an error msg stating - could not connect to gameserverpiratesonline.com.7667. For some reason I'm not able to use the live chat option for help and when I sent in a bug report I was asked to send in log files which I can not do (i only have toontown under my disney files). I'm waiting to hear back from support services but thougt I would see if anyone is familiar with this problem. Also, I sometimes get a window that says P3dpythonw.exe has stopped working. Thanks.

I have the excat same problem during loading it cant load so I click ok so it can load again. For P3dpythonw I been disconnected when in loading screens to going in another rooms. Best thing to do I think is the graphic settings because if on high it will make it easy to crash.

Have you tried to call them?

Try going on live chat with them or calling them. They might be able to fix this problem.

Have you tried e-mailing them?

To send in a bug report, you have to click "Provide detailed explanation" which takes you to a separate page. On that page, you have to search your pirates directory and upload the most recent launcher log file and most recent pirates log file. When you enter your e-mail address on that page, the live chat support guys will be able to find it and work through it with you.

Sounds like you have a new wireless network router blocking that port, but without log files, that's just a wild guess. G'luck with live chat support.

I get this error message every time I get onto Pirates Online. It takes me three times to successfully get on POTCO.

EDIT: Just now, I changed my API from DX9 to DX8, and now, POTCO Won't even open up. I gave up at my 13th try getting in. I ran it on DX8 before, and both on my 64 bit Windows 7. I can't send Bug Report since the POTCO Log files, or even the Disney Online Files are not in Program Files or the x84 Program Files. I am going to try to tell Disney through Live Chat and let them know of my problem and hopefully try to help everyone out. This is the worst of Pirates of the Caribbean Online, where people cannot even get passed the first loading screen.

Try changing your "game_api.txt" file to have "pandagl" or "pandadx10"

Swich back to the old launcher. It's much better.
