Gremlin in the Dot Com
I've been having issues renewing my membership through the main website. I can enter all my info, then every time I see a message please enter credit card info. Or, An error occurred please try again later. Mean time my level 50 is stuck as basic.
I tried live chat but they can't do anything about renewing me, just take the issue and pass it on. No, ATM I am not able to call them to renew by phone. I'm just wondering is the website renewal giving anyone else issues? |
