I've been having issues renewing my membership through the main website. I can enter all my info, then every time I see a message please enter credit card info. Or, An error occurred please try again later. Mean time my level 50 is stuck as basic.

I tried live chat but they can't do anything about renewing me, just take the issue and pass it on. No, ATM I am not able to call them to renew by phone. I'm just wondering is the website renewal giving anyone else issues?

This happened to me a few weeks ago when I tried to renew my UA. I just ended up calling them, and I was blue again in a matter of minutes.

I thought Gremlins had invaded...

They have, technical gremlins. :D From what I now understand this has something to do with the fact that I'm trying to use a visa gift card. So, gonna have to go call em after all.
