Yes yes they said on their website that only Unlimited Players get test, however, very fact is they do not terminate your test access even if you are basic
When you download the test launcher, just log in as normal.
(i have a basic account, never paid for it)

The account that has been given test access will have 4 free slots for you to make your pirates if you have a unlimited access account. Your current pirate on the "Live" game doesnt get transferred.
