I'm sure one of the reasons they've held off on wounds is because EVERYONE would get them and the islands would be full of injured pirates! And how would that look to the parents of 'innocent children'?

Personally, I would dig getting Eliza a custom eye patch or Bucky a scar on his arm or chest, but there would be OVERKILL.

They would have to limit the number and type of wound or replacement item. But, if you wanna go COOL, the movie Nate and Hayes has a crewman with a pegleg where its a skull attached below the knee then a leg bone for the peg... truly nifty.
