Well, we're almost ready to start this event, but first we need to get everything up and running for it. When we're ready to start the event I will close and archive this thread, and start a new one focusing on the event itself. For now though here are the base plans we started out with. Feel free to add new ideas for how they would work, times, etc.*

I know the Friday times are a bit late for any future friends across the Atlantic, which is why I proposed the Saturday schedule, too.

Other Info Decided- Meet at a decided location prior to the event starting.
- Officer will lead each crew.
At least one officer per ship.

Wednesday, June 24, 2009, when we'll take all suggestions. We'll work on getting the suggestions that we can sorted out to work with the base plan if at all possible, and the event will be ready to go by the end of next week!
