Well VMK as I understood it was free (nothing to refund). In regards to POTCO, dont know about refunds, but everytime I call in and complain about thier service, I get discounts anyways. I've had at least 3 months at $4.95 the 'first month' rate. If you've paid for a annual account, and you cancel, they pretty much MUST refund the value of the service you have not made use of.

Looks/sounds like a problem between video drivers and thier update. Hopefully they figured out the problem and can make sure its addressed (assuming its something they can fix on thier end).
